I always get cramps in my calves and headaches when I play long hours of tennis? Why?
It’s a simple answer; it’s called dehydration! Your body needs at least 1.8 Liters of water a day. That’s without intensive workouts. For instance if your playing tennis in the heat you would probably need 3 times the amount of water. Gatorade is always an essential fluid to drink. So have fun and drink some water!
