Serve and Volley
Should I still serve and volley ?
Well, back in the day they used to do that more often since they didn’t have the technology that we have today with the new racquets. In otherwords, the ball didn’t really fly that fast.
I would suggest serving and volleying at least a couple of service game just to keep your opponent honest. When you come to the net, you put pressure on your oponnet to come up with a play. This works really good on some players for examples “Pushers” players that like to just push the ball and not come up with winners. In that scenario you force that kind of player to play out of his/her comfort zone and try to pass you.
My suggestion is to always mix you your game after all thats the beauty of tennis.
