I always maxed out on doing leg presses; they were always easy because I used to run and jump rope. For me, the key was to not get stuck in the routine of a weight lifter trying to bulk up and build excessive body mass. I wanted strength, but I did not want massive muscles that would limit how fast and how far I could rotate, twist, and turn for tennis. Tennis was always my motivation for anything else I ventured into.
