Does Crossfit help my tennis game?


Let’s ask ourselves what makes a good tennis player?  It’s the skills, talent, dedication and lots of practice.  The most overlooked factor is fitness,  being fit is the most crucial thing in tennis.  You can always outlast your opponent by being fit.  You can manage your shots more efficiently and you don’t lose your good form.  Crossfit is an intense workout that allows people to get in better shape quick.  The fact that you are training against time and taking less breaks between sets, allows you to get into much better cardiovascular shape.  No need to do cardio if you do crossfit.  It combines lifting weights with cardio simultaneously.

I would highly recommend trying crossfit if you want to improve on your stamina and be prepared to play 5 setters with no problem.
