Is there such a thing?

There are so many sources out there, so many “healthy diets” it can easily confuse any one of us.  The key to any diet is to make it more of a life plan!  Once you have figured out what works for you whether it’s low carbs, high protein or low fat etc.. Everyone’s body is different.  You have to figure out what works for you!  At the end of the day a lot of diets are just common sense.  If you want to lose weight and fat, make sure you are in a calorie intake deficit.  If you want to put on weight and muscle make sure you are at a calories surplus.

Rest is trial and error!
